Target Audience: Residential customers with little or no solar background.

Description: Solar Hot Water systems can reduce your energy bills by using the sun to preheat your domestic hot water. This workshop will include an overview of system theory and design, as well as a discussion of component selection and sizing. The workshop will walk you though the basics of site assessment, understanding a system's potential in our climate, finding a solar contractor, comparing bids and understanding incentives, installation, and maintenance and operation of your system.
