Why the farmer and the enviro really can be friends on irrigation

This is just one of the projects around the state that's proving to be a win-win (and win and so on) for everyone involved. Bringing back salmon to rivers, making farmland usable, protecting tribal lands and providing wilderness areas in the state are all important goals and by working together people across Washington are making it possible.
