Show Map Washington State Parks Southwest No Southwest Washington. In 2005 WTA began construction of a connector trail that joins the east and west Hardy Ridge Trails by traversing the ridge affording spectacular views up and down the Columbia River. The hiker section is nearing completion, and should be completed by summer. If you've never experienced the satisfaction of building a new trail that will last for generations, this is a project you do not want to miss!
